Archival Collections ➔ Archival Collection #143 - Yi Family

The Yi family moved to Grand Rapids from South Korea.  In 1982, they opened a Korean-Japanese grocery business, the first of its kind on Division St.  This collection consists of scans of original images of the Yi family in Korea, and their subsequent move to Grand Rapids, Michigan. It also includes a business card for Lee's Oriental Market. The remaining portion of the archival collection consists of food and other items recognizable to those familiar with Korea.
