Whistle Flute

Description:
Top end is filled except for the small simple blow hole. Cane cylinder is pierced with whistle hole and a series for finger holes which can be covered to produce different pitches.;This instrument complements the Museum's already significant collection of ethnographic instruments. It may be used in the permanent exhibition, 'Collecting A_Z: M is for Musical Instruments'.;Collected by the Musee de la Civilisation
