Description:
Hardcover Qu'ran, with green leather cover decorated with black and gold geometric patterns and Arabic text. A black page-marking ribbon is sewn to the binding, and the page edges are painted gold.

The Qu'ran is the holy book or sacred text of Islam. Qu'rans of this sort are used by Muslims in Grand Rapids. This Qu'ran will be used in the permanent Newcomers exhibition.
