Description:
Full Grooved Axe
Its comprised of diabase gabbro, a dense igneous rock.
Its likely associated with the Archaic.
It is peck manufactured with a light polish and a rounded poll.
The bit is highly polished from use.
The stick is not an artifact and was added in more recent years.
Identified by Jennifer Cullison on September 23, 2019.
