USRy was organized in 1927 to provide electric interurban rail service between Grand Rapids and Jenison, Michigan. USRy stopped operating in 1932.

This photograph was taken adjacent Front Street in 1927. The Hart Mirror Plate Company factory can be seen over the top of the cars.
