This plaque represents Grand Rapids Upholstering Company and was originally hanging in the law firm of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP. This, along with 14 other company plaques, were hung to show that the law firm represented those companies.

Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Begun as upholsterers of seating frames for Berkey & Gay Furniture Company. During the 1910s frames were made from mahogany exclusively.
