Identifier:
36531
Description:
Celt
Its comprised of diabase gabbro, a dense igneous rock.
Its associated with Woodland and Adena.
This celt is particularly interesting because there is a bit on either end.
Only the wider end is polished which suggests it was the only end used.
There are peck marks that suggest the celt was peck manufactured.
It was likely found in Kent County.
