One of a pair of allegorical draped female figures with one arm outstretched holding up electrified torch, symbolizing 'day' and 'night'.Originally installed at Lyon Street entrance to the 1888 City Hall building. The museum likely acquired them when building was razed in 1970 for 'urban renewal'.
