Blue and white ceramic plate. There is a stripe and key pattern around the plate rim. In the center of the plate is a portrait of General Chasse. Per ledger: the mark on the plate is the term called 'the three bells.';During the Napoleonic Wars Lieutenant General Baron Chasse served in the Dutch Army and led the 3rd Netherlands Division but also fought for a short time for the French Army.
