Probably an unfinished huipil or women's garment.;This is probably an unfinished huipil or women's garment that would be sewn up the side and a round opening would be cut for the neck. The white fabric is commercial cotton and other parts are handspun. Possibly woven on a foot loom but is a bit too wide as the maximum witdth would be 32''.
