Bas-relief depiction, in wood, of a famous Polish artwork commonly known as the Black Madonna. Surrounded by a wood frame carved with floral motifs. Both the frame and art are painted gold. The Madonna's and child's faces and hands are depicted in dark brown and black, and several faux-jewels encrust the headdresses of both. A bas-relief bust of a cherub is attached to each upper corner. A strip of red velvet is attached to the outer edge of the frame.
