Description:
Black 1957 Chevrolet with white stripe along both sides running horizontally from front to back. Yellow fins. On both sides near bottom, 3 yellow stripes with black lettering that says '57 Chevy' in the middle stripe. Light blue plastic windshields and interior with no side windows. 2-door. Silver plastic bumpers. Black tires with silver hubs.;ACCEPT. RELEVANCE: Miniature die cast car toys are a popular form of toy from this period. They help display society's fondness for automobiles. They will be used in 'A is for Autos' permanent exhibit.
