Small Puerto Rican flag with gold fringe, attached to a thin brass rod. The rod is attached to a gold thread and clear suction cup, for hanging. Made to hang inside a car.;This banner and the others in this same accession were sold by a store located in a Hispanic neighborhood of multiple ethnicities. They are displayed inside purchasers' cars, as a symbol of ethnic pride, and to distinguish the owner from Hispanics or Latinos of different origin.
