Manufactured by W. Chance & Son in London during the early 1800s. William Chance sold shotguns, pistols, and rifles out of a warehouse located near Birmingham in England. Additionally William Chance had sales offices in New York. This shotgun is a single shot shotgun with a half octagon barrel. The knox form is marked “LONDON”. The lock is marked “W. CHANCE & SON”.
