Description:
This lampshade was noted to have been used in the Lindberg Gun Shop, run by Charles Lindberg, one of the earliest Swedish immigrants to West Michigan. Charles Lindberg immigrated to America from Sweden in 1865 and later married Johanna Lindberg. He went on to have 10 children, many of whom joined Charles in his gun shop work. He passed away in 1908 at 69.

Dorothy J. Lindberg Vidro was born in 1891 to Charles and Johanna Lindberg of Grand Rapids, Michigan. She married Thomas Vidro on November 10th, 1923 and they had one child, Amelia, who was born in 1926. Dorothy passed away in 1963 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

Dorothy's father Charles was one of the earliest Swedish immigrants to West Michigan. He owned and operated Lindberg Gun Shop at 19 Pearl Street and had 10 children, several of whom went into business with him.
