Manufacturer of wooden upholstered seating and case goods for the office, health care, hospitality, and institutional markets. Founded as the Charlotte Chair Co., which made upholstered antique reproduction seating. In January 1994, Falcon Products Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of Charlotte Company, Inc. At that time, Charlotte was an 82 year old company that specialized in the production and distribution of high quality wood and metal seating and tables geared toward the office and upper end restaurant and lodging applications.
