Net-type bag made from woven string made from djerrh, a natural fiber. Handle made from multiple thin strings. The bad is colored in horizontal bands of white, yellow, and reddish-brown. Reference in Art of the First Australians, p. 35, #197.;Woven string bags are commonly known as dilly bags. They are made and used by Aboriginal Australians to carry personal possessions, except for weapons and large implements. The shape and size of such bags vary according to the needs of the user. Some bags are loose mesh, while others are so tightly woven that they can be used to store honey.
