Native American - Plains ➔ Moccasins

Description:

These moccasins are made of hide and are heavily decorated with white, green, blue, and red beads. According to museum records, they belong to an Indian theatrical costume. 

In July of 1990, these moccasins were identified by Barbara Hail. The designs are typical of Cheyenne.
