The design of these Nike Dunk Low Retro White Black sneakers launched in 2021. The style continued in popularity and was selected to represent a style worn by high school students in Grand Rapids in 2022. The upper Nike Dunk Low Retro White Black is constructed of white leather with black leather overlays and Swooshes. Classic Nike branding is featured on the nylon tongue, nodding to traditional Dunk design elements. A white midsole and black outsole completes the design.

These sneakers are accompanied by an orange Nike shoe box.

The Student Style Collecting Project involves GRPM working with the Grand Rapids Public Museum High School's graduating class to build a collection of contemporary fashion worn by high school students in Grand Rapids. Beginning in 2022 GRPM Staff worked with Museum School students to identify and collect two outfits.
