This child's hat is made of white straw. There is a white petersham ribbon around the crown and it has an upturned brim bound with petersham ribbon. This hat has a white fabric flower at the back of the brim and two strips of ribbon that hang off the back. The sweatband is made of white petersham and there is an elastic band attached to either side of the sweatband.
