This service cap is from uniform number 142914 from the United States Army of the United States Armed Forces. It was worn by Lieutenant Colonel William L. Clarke in the late 1950s.

This service cap is made of black cotton and features the officer's crest on the center front. It has a light blue braid and a gold chinstrap attached by gold buttons. This cap also has fretting on the visor, also known as 'scrambled eggs'.
