This cloche is made of navy blue felt and has a straw brim. It also features a bronze broach with bright blue gems. The cloche hat was one of the most popular hats during this time period and was often worn with the short hairstyle that was also common. This style of hat was often made of felt so it could easily form to the shape of the head. They were worn low on the forehead and sometimes featured embellishments such as lace applique, embroidery, and jeweled broaches.
